**PLEASE NOTE**We have a very limited number of shared accommodation rooms available at the resort, available on a first come first serve basis.contact rob.reedijk@utoronto.ca if you are interested.
As there are few available rooms at the Hockley Valley Resort and you may have to stay 10 minutes away in Orangeville or other locations.   Please register as a Day attendee. This restriction does not apply to invited speakers and chairs. 

Abstracts submission for contributed talks is closed. Abstract submission deadline for poster presenters and invited speakers is July 15th. The abstract submission page is here

While the Hockley Valley Resort is now sold out, we have reserved space for invited speakers and chairs who have not yet registered. Also note: the Hockley is only sold out on Friday night, Sept 28.  If you don't need to stay that night, you may actually be able to stay at the resort. Otherwise, register as a day attendee and you may choose your own accommodations, including the suggestions provided here: http://retinalproteins.org/?q=overflowaccommodations
Are you bringing your spouse/partner? If so there will be an additional charge per night for their meals which will be communicated to you. You must book a single occupancy room. They will have access to the same meals as registrants, but will not be able to attend any sessions or make use of the coffee break service.

Are you presenting a poster?

There are many activities available.  Hockley Resort has it's own 18 hole golf course, a winery, a spa and a small gym and pool.  It is also steps to the Bruce Trail (an 890 km hiking trail http://brucetrail.org/. For the Niagara Falls trip, golf, and winery tours, you must book in advance by paying at the registration table.  For now, we like you to tell us which activities you are interested in so that we can reserve space.

There are several options for travelling between (Toronto) Pearson International Airport and the Hockley Valley Resort.  We will continue to update this site with options under the “Information” menu tab.  If we are able to establish some group rates, we will offer more affordable options.

Are you planning to take a shuttle or taxi from Pearson International Airport on Monday, September 24 at an estimated cost of $40-50 + tax?
If we are able to organize it, would you want to take the bus to Pearson International Airport on Saturday afternoon, September 29? This would cost $30-$40.

Do you wish a printed program or will you help the environment by downloading an electronic version when it is available?
If you are not staying at the Hockley Valley Resort, you may choose from the options which days you are attending and which days you will stay for dinner. Prices include tax and gratuities. You will have to pay the total, by cheque, in advance to the University of Toronto. Please mail your cheque payable to the "University of Toronto" and mail it to Dr. Oliver Ernst, Department of Biochemistry / University of Toronto, 1 King's College Circle, Toronto ON M5S 1A8, Canada. If you are based at University of Toronto or University of Guelph, we can also work with you to make a payment with an internal transfer.
